Topic: Metin2 SEA?

Ye am from Singapore along with Lamb, Rainz, Hatan, Monster, YIDE, lapin and a few more in AraTisan who are Singaporeans. We have many language and ethnic here but English is the main language used so ye I guess thats the reason why. Nothing biggie or anything to be proud of actually.

@Xx0Legend0xX, looking at your name, I assume you're the same person from metin2 forums, if not then disregard this comment.

We know that you applied for MOD and of coz would definitely want to be on the good side of the GMs due to your MOD application incase they were to read this thread but pls don't try too hard, coz its too obvious and getting plain annoying. All I read from you are biased opinions geared towards the good faith of the GMs. Don't tell me you're to blind to see whats going on ingame and what has USA got to do with anything? -.-

I'm now 100% sure i'll start to play again.. I just hope that they will cover as many options for IM they can ( i mean options to buy points ).. I don't want to get stuck like on metin2.us where i couldn't buy MP >.< .. Thank God i couldn't lol this cash would go into nothing ..

Heres what I have been told regarding MP purchases...

As well as the usual ways to pay (paypal etc) there will also be a way you can pay by cash, There will be Managers appointed to countries with a large population / player base, and one of their roles will be to accept cash payments.

It seems it will work like this.

1 - Player makes contact with their respective CM (country manager)
2 - Player requests to purchase XXXX amount of MP
3 - player deposits funds into a set account to pay for MP
4 - CM receives funds, gives the player a receipt and transfers funds to company account.
5 - company receives funds and credits MP purchase to the player.

 

How in the world you ppl know abt these things? Read it somewhere on a website or just word of mouth to mouth resuscitation

And that thing with CM is great.. But you need to find trustable people...

also, concerning item mall, heres some more info.

Fully giftable item mall
IM 30% cheaper compared to US as payment will be in SGD
IM stuff will be similar to Korean server

CM's job is to advertise in their countries to get as many ppl as they can to play and spend money on the server, thats basically their job

This is me .this is how i am .no need to be another person to be a MOD . u think i care. lol i don't .what would i win if i be a MOD U tell me ?? i do buy my own MP if u think that's why . and this game its fine .its not even been 4 years .i do help in shout and all .no matter what and report people its the same thing .only to have the MOD titte and people do listen sometimes .but still .the samething for me .

To tell you the truth i really like this game . No matter what i will aways be how i am like this .u don't know what type of jobs GMs has , in my opinion cause i know .its danm hard . . This type of technology its really new .TV,Computer,ext U guys need to understand .

Yup SEA is going to start in first or second week of May(not 1st of may exact), and it will have events u could only dream of in US version, like player tournaments (winner getting +9 item for his class/lvl, maybe exp, gold, better drop, etc). Item mall will have new items like, 500hp adds, 10%demi adds,single stat change, and i doubt it will be 10 books to G the skill(it would make the game to easy, right?). Also like Bozo suggested, all updates won't be implemented at once, they will be added every 2,3 weeks. A lot of exp, double drop, gold events, not bugged wars every 2 weeks i guess(after every war u ll actually have reward here), etc...
Anyway i m looking forward to this and i can't wait till it starts And btw, no one else signed death punishment to metin2.us but our one and only GM crew, by turning their heads away from deeds of "white bears"(we all know who r "white bears" of metin2.us)

.us server is dead from ever way. no updates no maps no boss no items, the only thing new is item in the mall. thats cuz ppls spend lot of cash in their server.

With this new server the income of .us will be so low (due to the fact that 90% of the ppls i know will join SEA) and this will make the stuff of metin2.us to add some new things.

English is the universal lang, i can barelly talk english but i cant say 1 word in brazilian or korean, and those server are the only who are better then .us.

LoL i couldn't hold myself not asking u.... what char will u be at SEA? xD (i m planing on mirage sura :O)

Whats with the defensive stance? What makes you think I am interested to know abt you? I don't want to know who you are or whats your intent of becoming a MOD. I don't even care if you succeed with your application or not for I am not interested to find out. I don't even care with whose money you used to buy mps. What you do last night, today, tomorrow or last month is none of my business so quit telling me abt your life story coz its a definite that I don't wanna know.

You speak that you love this game and in all your posts abt your loyalty towards Metin2.US and made it sounds like we are all jerks to abandon it, meh, we all love this game and we were all once faithful to it and we spent our hard earned money on it, hoping everyday since April 2007 that things will change. But does it? Open your eyes and look around. One person perspective can be wrong but not when everyone says the same thing.

Wanna sing praises and glorify those GMs that barely did nothing, then go to metin forums and do that. Maybe it will boost your application but for the love of God, we don't need suckups here. Thats the reason why I try to steer myself away from the metin forums. Coz its all abt cookies and pies and how cute your avatar is. Well sorry to tell you, this ain't wonderland.

Lets not go off topic, I am already excited abt this new server and indulging myself in this thread. Wanna have a piece at me, open a new thread in "Flame Section". I'll be glad to elaborate further.

Anyway new server sounds pretty good, thankfully there will be giftable mall which will make it easier on those who can't purchase directly. (I'm hoping ESA doesn't plan on making selling IM for gold illegal -.-")

And yea i'm looking forward to the new server, got plenty of questions though so I want to know when there will be some kind of official advertisment and a place our questions will be answered by more than just mere rumour.

Also (think a new thread should likely be made but meh lol) i'll play mirage...i started mirage on UK and i'll finish mirage on ESA...it'll be my last server and last attempt at an MMO. I think there's going to be loads of warriors and dagger sins running around and also bm sura since people will focus on pvp 

I want things released slow cause I don't want it like New World server where they caught up to us in a month...I want the game to slowly grow where it wont leave a huge gap between the no lifers/heavy mallers and the part timers/non mallers.

Yeah, am very excited too but I really do hope this is all true and not just wishful thinking. Think you can see my excitement with the number of post I posted here. Am making a mage again but this time a dragon. Ye, am sticking with the class that everyone overlooked.
