Thanks for your interest in showing your tutorials here

To help keep quality high, here are some guidelines and tips to help you make your tutorial better and easier to understand. First, some info about how your tutorial will be accepted:
GeneralPlease don't just copy a tutorial written by somebody else that you have found somewhere on the net and post it here. We want permission. If you are posting somebody else's tutorial,
you must have their permission.
Just make a thread in this board to start working on a tutorial

You and people who helped you on your tutorial will be credited. I.e., something at the top saying "This tutorial is by X, with help from Y and Z", with links to your profile or site, something like this
Metin2 Tutorials & Guides are shown here.
Now onto guidelines for tutorials themselves:
TagsFirst, tags have been added to help in making your posts more "active", helping people find what you are talking about

[metin2us] -
Metin2 US[metin2sg] -
Metin2 SG[metin2uk] -
Metin2 UKThese are available for all metin2 servers, such as metin2br, metin2ro and so on. Ideally a tutorial should try to me as server agnostic as possible, so that the largest amount of people can understand it, but sometimes it is useful to reference a specific server.

The same goes for nations. If you're talking about a specific map, try to help players who might be from other servers to understand what you're referring to.
This goes the same for weapons or other items.
use the icon database to post icons next to the names of weapons or armors, items etc that you reference. This again helps players to understand what you're talking about, since the names vary between servers

. It may be better to use the small sized versions. So if I reference the

Poison Sword, you know what I mean
LanguageTry to be clear, use proper spelling and grammar etc. If you use a browser like Firefox, you can get dictionary support to help. A Spell Check system has also been installed into the forums, we recommend that you use it after writing. Keep in mind that the people who will be reading your tutorial may not have English as their first language.
ImagesImages are a great help for almost every tutorial! When your tutorial is accepted and posted to the main site, your images will be re-hosted on liquiron itself, so make sure they're correct. Also, try to avoid adding extra text into your images; instead add the text after the image in your post. This is so that users who are using tools like Google Translate can still understand. Often many tutorial images are in German, and because the text is inside the image, it cannot be translated easily.
Please also keep images to a maximum width of 750px.
When You're DoneYou could indicate in your topic that it's complete (or complete enough),
PM me, or use the
contact form to get the attention of all the administrators at once. If you want to update your tutorial, this is no problem. Just use these same contact methods and a staff member will do it for you
