Look it in this way:who has the minimal intelligence to use a proxy or hotspost shield,which is veeeeeeeeeeeeery easy to use,can play.
We won't see kids on sea,and if there are (of course there are some) they will be an exception.In metin2.us many people hasn't a minimal english knowledge,aren't aware of the existence of the z8games site (that's why they belive there 's a blacklist in a .tk site),some players aren't even able to send a support ticket.
That's the reason of many troubbles in metin2.us,i belive that Roph is already trying to disassemble my theory,but the truth is that metin2.sg will be of curse more professional than metin2.us.
Apart the corruption topic,which deserves a shot but won't go anywhere,the people playing on metin2.sg are at least able to use a proxy to evade the block,with a little exception in some rare cases you won't see so many oaf people.
And even if some idiot may be so stupid to go on a blacklist site (please give me password.tk),on sea they will surely ban these scammers,if not even take an action against these sites.
What's the conclusion?
Metin2.sg will be the best server availabe on the world,no doubt.

It really isn't about how easy it is to use a proxy to play.  It's about the fact that you have to.  I choose not to.

OK, if I understood this part right.. you're saying that most of the people on the US server don't understand basic english, and they don't realize z8games has a site, and they aren't able to send a ticket.  And SG will be a better and more professional server because of this?  O_o   huh?   Elaborate?

Not as long as there is an IP block on it.  The simple fact is most people don't want to have to jump through hoops to play a game.  It is something they do for a few minutes in their spare time.  It is not their lives.  The die hard gamers will do whatever it takes to play it, those of us who just want a few minutes of pleasure will play something else.  And you need both to be the best 


And before anyone else thinks I "hate" SG, I don't.  I wouldn't mind playing there.  But as I have said many times, I'm not willing to use a proxy to do it.  How many threads do you see on z8 by people who have been with US since the beginning talking about the "good old days"?   When the GM's were more interactive and the support tickets were answered faster, and so on and so forth.  Ever given it some thought?  Because in those days, they had fewer players.   Try as you might you can not please everyone, and the more players you have, the more disgruntled players you will have to deal with.  Or maybe you will just ban anyone who complains to much?  Either way, I still stand by my contention that fewer players to please = easier to please them.

And if you see old topics i was like you,i was sceptic about sea and i said many times that i won't play there.
Now i just changed idea,like you will do (i hope).
Open the eyes.I need 8 seconds to open the proxifier and log into a putty channel.
8 seconds won't ruin your game, and if you have a good connection the lags won't affect you.
I don't have a single dc on sea,nor lags,unlike metin2us.
I belive that you won't go to sea only to protect yourself fromt he hard truth that you played on a dead server for years,that all your efforts were vane.
But at least be positive.Truly i got the proxifier serial numbers from a [GM] for free.Is like i bought something without paying,because they care of having customers.
They care about everything into the server,the constanly watch who is fishing etc etc...

Look at me,i was complaining everyday about the game,it has became a frustration,now i'm just happy.
In metin2us you can't play without constant dc,the ch11 had 2-3 shops the last time i checked.
A game is there to have fun and hasn't to be a sacrifice,but a fun.

Why do you always talk as if your experience = everyone's experience?

If you prefer to go somewhere else, great! Have fun in what you choose to do . I'm not aware of anybody who is being forced to play metin2 US against their will.

Who is frustrated with a game is seriously ill... Normal people play for fun, all the emotions they get during the game instantly vanish the minute they turn it off and they are able to evaluate if those emotions were characteristic of a good, entertaining time or not... If not, they'll just abandon the game...

Noone in their right mind gets frustrated over a game EVEN after they turn it off...

Blode,that's the whole point,they play to have fun and get frustrated.
The original goal isn't to "win the game" or to go crazy while to be the best in the game.
Frustrated people are normal non competitive players whom can't find any kind of fun in the game.I hope you understand that there is who is trying to have fun and gets only frustration.I appeal to your comprension.

Hell it depends on the person,but talking for myself the effect is to shake all the stress away 
And see the benfic effect:i stopped complaining.
Now i don't know what king of player you are,nor know many cases...but people should try it and see.And i bet than many people that try won't go away

Technical facts like timebug and so on....call it how you want,no one is happy to have such stuff on a game.Call it obsession,frustration,it won't change the substance.Players are bugged of this stuff,with players i mean not only me,unlike you think.
