    Here is the video:

Hate to say I told you so, but for those understanding connectivity and the like, this has been pretty much common knowledge between us. Now it is finally revealed by the team after multiple denials.

  • (lol Rophe, looked like you were singing The Hives, just missed the "Alright!")

Anyway, on topic... There's quite a naive discussion going on the sea forum, but the fact is that, going waaayyyy back in time when most of people believed (including myself), there was a guy who posted on the old sea forums that he had sent an email to Yimir and they replied that Metin2.sg would be only available for asian IPs (there were more questions but I can't recall it all, just remember this one and Yimir confirming the license existed).

By that time, there hadn't even been those delays yet, CB was supposed to start the 2nd of July, or whatever...

Of course, if a player on the forum says this and the company contradicts, he'll be the liar, because the company it's obviously about to prove him wrong by acting contrary to his statements... And then a lot of time passed, a lot of denial, a lot of waiting...

Now, after all this time, turns out he was probably telling the truth (I mean, how lucky would he have to be to just throw that and be right). It became obvious from the 2nd day of CB and it's now officially confirmed.

Now my point is: how did a simple player that sent an email to Yimir have this information months ago and TEC didn't... If Yimir stated from the beginning there would be IP block to a random person that contacted them, would there really be a non-disclosure agreement about this?

I decided to stick with US (with all the good and bad things in it) when it became obvious that things weren't as crystal clear as they had been advertised (actually, I was waiting to try sea and if it really turned out fine and I still wanted, I would change, but I wasn't so sure anymore)...

I'm really not trying to flame anyone but now, I find it hard to believe that TEC just found out about this OR was able to reveal it recently... I think it has been known ever since the license was bought and there was no limitation in revealing, but this way they make sure that at least some were captivated enought to find ways around the limitations and use them...

Lol... ooooor I might have been watching to many movies and should trust people more because sometimes s*** happens, idk...
