Hello all, I am here to tell u what dirty business gameforge is doing.

After quitting metin2, I play katsuro with my girlfriend and last december they shut down the game. I spend 500 in the game and some of my friend spend few hundred. Another friend spend 3k. After the game is shut down, many player write in their forum asking for compensation. No COMA or GM reply. But they remove all the thread asking for compensation and tell their player that gameforge own rights to all the acc. In other word gameforge can shut down any game they run and tell the player to fuck off. They dont give you reply or apology and censor all the thread in forum. They are fucking greedy and take all your money without caring for their player. They are corrupted and lie about everything. Last year they lie about working with gold seller when they are caught with their pant down.

Gameforge say they cut 100 employees but we know they hire free player GM to run all their game. In Katsuro they is only player GM who are all corrupted banning high level acc and stealing item from those ban acc. Gameforge dont spend money to hire GM. They want your money and give you suck service. After gameforge fuck all their player now they want us to register and play AION in Feb. They shut down 3 game because they spend too much money in license AION and need server to make space for AION. Because AION is a game can make more money from cash shop where Katsuro Hellbreed Mythos cannot make as much they shut down the game and now want their player to go AION in Feb.

I ask u all netizen to stop spend your money in gameforge game because they dont care about u. At any time they can shut down the game and tell u to fuck off. This is gameforge a dirty and greedy company who is corrupted and a big liar.

All metin2.es players said it. GF dont care about players, they only think on €€€. Some people which are playing on .sg are old player of .es whose accounts had been banned and they found their items (with same bonus) in another accounts (ofc, friends of GMs). GF is 1000 worse than a P.server, waste money and u can get banned when they want...they use goldsellers in their server etc...GF is a shit. Is the main reason why .sg is famous in the comunity of .es.

Funny when appeared a bug that allow u can use the item +0~+4 with 100% in all +0 to +9 HT accesories, Mod start buy pearls for x10 normal price, and later...delete posts.

We all .es adviced GF sux, will steal your money and will ban your account, they dont give a shit, wont apologize and wont reply you, just ignore and delete.

They shutted down the browser game Tribal Wars some years ago, due to an unfixable bug. After some months they reopened it. They really dont give a shit of gamers.

They said they were closing the game before closing it, and they explained the reasons and also adviced their users to play their other games, in which they may get some rewards.

I think that you have really mental issue, because you can't proper understand a simple concept over a post.

They closed the game for whatever reason, thats not the point. The point is that they did this without informing the players. There may been players who spent real money the day before the closure of this games.

They should had at least warned the players few months before (like the publisher in that link in ur self owning post) and explaining whats going on.

One bussines I like is for example S2...with the game: HoN (Heroes of Newerth).

A lot of people flame s2, but like I said is impossible to like all the players. Furthermore if are k's players.
A lot complain about they only want money, and dont care about players  but the reality is when server is down, you cant answer 300 post and 20 treads complaining (in 15 min) about a simple maintenance . They make a lot of item mall updates, and the offerts are always on item mall (gold coins), but at least you can buy all with silver coins (in-game money), one cheaper, other very expensive, but is all with silver and gold, and all is optional, nothing give advantage, just sounds, avatars etc...

About the players:
When they made f2p, they put a option that permit play only with people who buy his account, that allow play without the noobs.
When we asked a Nyan Cat courrier, they added it.
When we asked x alt avatar, they added it, like father chrono.
...
They hear us , and people still complain about s2 sux, when is the comunity sux hardly, imagine k's of kid people complaining, flaming, crying, trolling in every game, and in the forum is the same way.

5º In my 2 years on .es, I learn by myself and friend, NEVER a gm answer me a doubt
6º Gold sellers everywhere, and ofc, owned by GF
7º Bots everywhere.
8º Dont ban hackers.
9º People using a unknown bug "ht acc +9 with 100% succ" without being banned, when if you check forum name, check he is offering x10 price of a normal pearl and in log you saw he use the item...but yes, they are MODs and GM friends, why should they be banned.
10º Fishing bots without being banned.
11º People unbanning himself
12º They censored the word "SEA" "metinworld", because they dont want lost his preciates 'ignorant' people, and lie saying SG is a april joke and a P.server.

Seeing your old post, im sure you will think im a .sg lover fan. Not really, I just a player who search a fair metin for 5 years and I found it. I finaly found it, and like I say bad things about bad publishers, i say good things about good publishers.

We live in the present, and like years ago I defended g4box, now I will defend TEC, if in one future TEC do the same, i will flame TEC, like I did with g4box, but atm TEC is doing a great job, and I apreciate it

They shutted down the browser game Tribal Wars some years ago, due to an unfixable bug. After some months they reopened it. They really dont give a shit of gamers.

By "they" I hope you don't mean Game Forge, to my knowledge they have never published that game and it has always been published by InnoGames.

They closed the game for whatever reason, thats not the point. The point is that they did this without informing the players. There may been players who spent real money the day before the closure of this games.

If a game is to be shut down few will know until the decision is actually made. Once the decision has been made, the payment systems are the first to be stopped. With all Game Forge shut downs, active premiums will be refunded with coupons to the player's emails. Used premiums will not as they have already been awarded.

Personally, I don't agree with any publisher shutting down games, but I do see why they do it. If the game's income isn't meeting it's outgoings then they have to step in. Normally they will remove the number of CoMa's, cease development and finally, if nothing improves, shut it down.

EDIT: I tried finding info about previous publishers of tribalwars but cant find any info about it being published by gameforge. All I remember is that the tribalwar version I used to play had the same publisher as the metin2 version I played back than

This is the news posted by gameforge 1 week before the shutdown. It's in italian but you can use google as i dont think you will trust my words on the meaning of this.

Basically gameforge announced the shut down of the game and cheers the ppl to play their new game Kings Age, every account made in the first 30 days will recive a premium package. Of course is not a refund, because this premium package is for every new accounts and not for the tribal wars players only.

Innogames was the developer and also the publisher of this game, but GameForge runned the TribalWars.it. Maybe you guys played the uk nl or whatever version where another publisher was there, but from my own experience was GF, and again from my own experience they shutted it down saying to us just 1 week before to go on KingsAge.

The payments, unlike our dear misinformed Tempest said, werent blocked. Some players bought a full month package 1 day before that announcement, and they could just enjoy it for 1 mere week lol, no refund was casted upon them.

Crono, I said in my post "to my knowledge" because due to the fact I'm not Italian, I surprisingly don't play or follow Italian games. So was my comment a failure? Not really, merely your interpretation. 

Again, to my knowledge, what I said wasn't incorrect about the payment systems. In Hellbreed for example, the payment system was disabled some 28 days prior to the game's closure. I can only assume it was the same for the others, but I can check if needed.

Also, don't assume that I agree with what Game Forge do in regards to closures of games. I said I don't agree with games being closed, but I did outline the reasons why they get closed. It's simple business that if something doesn't make profit, it cannot support itself. Games are a business.
