A Taste of Sweets

Sir Arthur is leaving Metin2!

Do you know he secretly hid some sweets from the West? Do you know he’s the last person in Metin2 owes Black Horses? Do you know only him can teach how to obtain a Mysterious Red Box which contains value item?

Spot him in any major towns on August 1st, and bribe him to gain gifts before his departure date on August 31st. Black Horse is only available from Aug 24th – 31st and each character can only receive one horse.

Guide for A Taste of Sweets
 

• Quest releasing time: August 1st, 2011
• Fig exchange time: August 24th - August 31st, 2011
• Quest finish deadline: August 31st, 2011

Talk to NPC Sir Arthur to join Quest #1 as following:

Note: 

• Quest #1 is repeatable, and you will have the chance to gain UNIQUE items from Mysterious Red Box.
• Each character can ONLY do quest #2 ONCE.
• You can only exchange Figs with Sir Arthur ONCE.
• The NPC will take ALL the Figs in your inventory, so calculate them carefully in advance.

Fig Exchange:

• 22~ = Black Horse (3 Hours)
• 19~21 = Black Horse (2 Hours)
• 9~18 = Black Horse (1 Hours)
• 4~8 = Black Horse (30 Mins)

I hoped for epic armors too, they made a big fuss on the forum just for a quest?

Also i dont know why the ruin the updates with time shit. If the horse was a permanent level 30 ride would be so much better

This isn't the updates they were talking about but yeah..you're right.

The contents updating is not fully decided by Publishers, but also by developers. Compared to other versions of Metin2, Metin2 US is already behind, we want more major contents to be implemented as badly as you do.

Check my avatar, that's something you have to kill in the new maps. As planned, we should have those released on 1st Aug, but there is a bug wich stands in our way,which forces us to postpone the releasing date. We want the new updates to be great.

This is not an excuse, but the real situation we are facing.

Who is this West character and why did he hide the sweets from him/her?  (actually I'm just being nit-picky here, I realize that it works xD lol)
