He should be normal player or TEAM member,not both.

He is just givin ideas on quests. Like killing a esoteric leader or something, i dont see how this can be subject of polls or anything else.

Vital chooses like Skill damage on epic armors arent taken by Jay, but by Chris (well actually by us coz we voted for it)

Not really. Jay posted skill res on helms and some players agree with him. 1 week later Chris said they will have HP lol.

Ana posts makes no sense, if Chris listened to Ana the armors wont have skill res. Having skill res on helms or armors is the same thing for the "low damage" of mage  that ana was talking about
