Updates on 1st June
Dear players, here are the updates and fixes added today.

- Added hunting quests level 61-80

- Snake Archer in Spider Cave 2 now can drop Snake Tail+

- Sushi event implemented.

- New "Remove Polymorph" option in Old Lady, sets you back to normal when transformed.

- Fixed drop of Magic Metal in Heaven's Lair

- Corrected description of mounts.

- Improved quest rewards for Uriel page quest (other quests will be improved later)

- New boss : Ghost Tree Lord (Red Wood) and new item Ghost Tree Lord Box.

- Text corrections in Nation War event. Number of kills raised to 500.



To emphasize on the creation of a new Boss in Red Wood Forest known as the Ghost Tree Lord, let me further elaborate the update.


LOCATION

Ghost Tree Lord can be found at the deepest end of Red Wood Forest. Re-spawn rate is similar to Flame King. Although hard to kill due to fast recovery of health, with decent PvM equipment, level and skill, the Ghost Tree Lord is no match to challenge your supremacy.


ITEM DROP

Upon successful slaying the Ghost Tree Lord, it may drop a Ghost Tree's Box which contains either of the following items:

1) Breath of the Blue Dragon
2) Enhanced Wolf/Boar/Tiger/Lion 2 hours medalion (allow for equip/unequip)
3) Pierce/Critical Palm x 5
4) Love Necklace/Earrings/Bracelet
5) Blessing Scroll
6) Heaven's Tear Necklace/Earrings/Bracelet +6 or +7





This iconic feature is made exclusive in this server to provide our users with the opportunity to develop a fantastical and bizarre player-vs-mob achievement in Metin2. It is also anticipated that players should have some reachable benefit to mall items as a symbolic reference that a free-to-play MMORPG shouldn't be entirely base on real-cash advantage. Thereby, it is through such values in this Company that we think will create an impression of a new age in game publishing methodology that will draw our users to respect and love us.

1) King Spider added as the new mighty villian in Spider Cave 2 and players within 10 level of differences may obtain a Giant Spider's Box from it. (This boss is mainly created in Spider Cave 2 for the mid-level players)

- From within the Giant Spider's Box, you may find the following items:

a) Hermit's Advice - (Low drop percentage) / Premium item from the mall

b) Green Potion (L) w Attack Speed + 30, Duration 10 min - Premium item from the mall

c) Blessing Scroll - Rare & important item from the game

d) Bravery Cape x 20 - Rare & important item from the game

e) Experience Ring (20% experience increase, Duration 1 hour) - Rare & important item from the game

f) Thief's Glove (1.5 x increased drop rate, Duration 2 hours) - Rare & important item from the game

g) Goddess Tear (Decreases experience lost from death, Duration 3 hours) - Rare & important item from the game

h) Band of Oblivion (Variety of skills) - Normal

i) Escapee's Cape - Normal

j) Blood Pill - Normal

k) All range of level 61 Armours - Normal

l) All range of level 65 Weapons - Normal




2) Football - We have created a new mob known as Football. Once the football field is created, we will start a weekly FIFA Cup, Live exclusively in Metin2SG. Players may group themselves in 5, either as a guild or as a country, with a Club name (Barcelona), and participate in the weekly FIFA Cup (Metin2SG). Cup winner stand a glorifying moment to win some attractive prizes!


3) DT Time bug - We think with the diligence of [GA]BigSox and much help from [GM]Zanto, we have successfully fixed the annoying DT Time bug. However, we are not very certain unless proven by our players through close observation for a period of 2 to 3 months.


Rest of the updates and minor fixes are self explanatory as we continue to strive for improvement to create for all users within this community a better Metin2 environment.

football is thing that is liked by all normal humans
if sg would have higher exp i would start playing on it cuz of this football thing

extra info: the world cup final netherlands-spain was watched by more than 700million ppl (on the same time)

u hit the ball? XD or kill the ball

I suppose ball is made as mob so all nations can attack it and there is no need for duel acceptance, the ball would never die what makes it usefull for this kinda event.

Stront, what kinda exp rate are u complaining about? We can equip 2 exp rings, we get weekly exp bonus 50%, 25%, 10% (depending on national, siege war results) + u can drop love braclets from ghost tree lord boxes. I leveled up from lvl82 to 90 in 2 month exping like 2 hours a day lol, my nation basiclly never won any wars, i dont use love braclets cause i am not married, so combining all possible exp bonus things i mentioned above u can make 10% in 1 hour at lvl89 or so.

As to Rumor, the goal of this event is to have an different event then ox, metin rain, boss spawns which is getting old and boring. + as this game is mostly played by guys, its normal that 95% of them likes football. I am girl and i dont, but oh well, maybe one day we get something for girls too

i played 250 mins and im lvl 17 XD
the exp rate is crap
