I have read that many passionate and loyal gamers of Metin2 MMOG are waiting with great anticipation for the implementation of the Metin2 South-East Asia server. First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for your continuous support of the game.

In the interim, the development of the rumored Metin2 S.E.A. is in healthy progression. Our company and the developer shared common views on various operational issues of the game. In most of our discussion, we narrowed down to the emphasis of building customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. While game content and regular updates are crucial to secure the excitement of gamers, we do believe that customer service shall not be neglected. Customer services need to get better, not slackening, and this is our hallmark in creating a successful MMOG.

c)   Communicate – Interact to affirm and amend where necessary the creation

Apart from our continuous effort, we are glad to invite the Singapore Government to play an active role to help anchor our positioning to be a market leader for MMOGs. The Singapore Infocomm Development Authority (iDA) created a project known as “iN2015<Connected Games”. The Connected Games Programme aims to establish Singapore as a regional hub for MMOGs deployment and distribution, and strengthen Singapore’s games ecosystem by growing infocomm capability in the development and distribution of Connected Games. With iDA involvement, we are determined to offer a world-class gaming experience to 30 millions potential gamers in our region.

On the first week of May, representatives from Ymir Entertainment will be visiting Singapore and we shall be finalizing our discussion on several contractual and technical issues.

Meanwhile, please allow me to offer you the assurances that plans have been in progression. With much apology, our company is not able to give you an actual date or confirmation of the launch. We ask for your patience and seek for your understanding.

Lastly, we would like to remind passionate gamers that Metin2 S.E.A. has no connection or relation with the other licensees. It is good for you to carry on the discussion in this private forum but please REFRAIN from having such discussion in the official forums belonging to the respective publishers.

Thanks for opening and I hope that you will make metin2 S.E.A the game I was searching...
We hope there will be weekly events or maybe daily events like on private game servers xD
Of course you can make someone responsable of events..

Thinks about  this... one  step back 2steps forward ... i dont  mind leaving 86 lvls and  some nice equipment... on a dead server,recently we had  some nice updates +5 stones lvl 75  wepons, but  know  hasallways  the  population will be dormant and  it will take us  one more year to get  new stuff ...so  y stay ?

in  Feb i made aticket asking  if  they were sure that we had  the  right  drops in  WC cuz i was informed  that we shouldbe able to get  75wepons  Pearls etc ...
Their answer was , whe have  nbo further plans to  implement that  onour server ... after  allthis  mess  blows upon their hands and  Loots nd  lots of Mallers stop  with their accounts... call it a mirakle..we got 75  weps and  pearls in WC lol  does this work  only on complains ? lol it should not be like this ...   

So true, cumstomer service is used to save their own ass rather than keep players on the server happy. The way they have chosen to do "customer service" is saddening. i loved playing on that server. But they just never gave a fuk. The way .us GMs have reacted to this is proof positive that they would not have implemented ANYTHING, had they not been staring at the loss of their jobs due to server inactivity. It is for their own sake that the customer is served.
Anywho, all this is nice, but they still have a shitty track or poor performance on key issues regarding server health and the happiness of its players.

I'm starting to wonder if leaving the UK server was a good  decision , sure there were no P skills , new weapons but the GMs did care for us alot , when people got bored they'd do events and care for the customers ... Then again If I'd didn't join US I wouldn't of known about the new server lol yawn x x x
