Topic: Gameforge's 2nd Test Server Registration - Epic Armors, Epic Shoes, New Helmets

First thing's first, registrations are now open for the test server, so those interested should hurry and create their accounts now!

Epic Armors
You read that correctly, Gameforge is the first third party publisher to implement the long-awaited epic armors! This goes right back to our very first article, back in April 2010, in which Z8Games announced that these would arrive on Metin2 US in Summer 2010. They must surely have egg on their faces by now.

As was theorized by many players, the epic armors are created from a level 66 armor at +9. Extra upgrade items are required, and not the Fencing Pamphlet required to craft epic weapons. New items are required, and these are Dragon Claws and Dragon Scales. As you may have guessed, these two items will drop from the level 97 Beran-Setaou dragon.

The ultimate challenge, for the ultimate prize

The requirements are as follows:

Black Steel Armour+9 + x3 + x4 + 200,000 Yang =	Blue Steel Armour+0
Black Wind Suit+9 + x3 +  x4 + 200,000 Yang =	Blue Dragon Suit+0
Magic Plate Armour+9 + x3 + x4 + 200,000 Yang =	Dragon Plate Armour+0
Black Clothing+9 + x3 + x4 + 200,000 Yang =	Dragon Clothing+0

And now the part many people will be waiting for; a rundown of the stats for the armors, for each upgrade level:

Just like crafting epic weapons, these armors can be created at the same Seon-Pyeong NPC in the orc valley. The upgrade from level 66 armor at +9 to the epic armor has a 100% chance to succeed.

Epic Boots
Not to be outdone, Gameforge are also introducing epic boots! Who would have thought? The 4 highest level sets of boots (levels 47, 51, 55 and 59) can be made into epic boots. Once this is done, the resuling +0 epic boot will be level 65. As it is upgraded, it will increase to level 75.

Ecstasy Shoes+9 + x2 + x3 + 125.000 Yang = Euphoria Shoes+0
Nimbus Shoes+9 + x2 + x3 + 125.000 Yang = Glory Boots+0
Phoenix Shoes+9 + x2 + x3 + 125.000 Yang = Quilin Shoes+0
Fire Bird Shoes+9 + x2 + x3 + 125.000 Yang = King Fisher Shoes+0

The epic boots don't receive an extra additional stat (such as % vs devil for epic weapons), but the normal stat of the boots (such as casting speed for Ecstasy Shoes) continues to increase throughout the upgrades of the epic version.

New Helmets
The final addition is a set of two new helmets for each class. They will drop throughout the Grotto of Exile. We don't know their stats yet, but we can at least show you their icons and levels.

Boots are really nice, if they get 1% each up, u will end to get 20% block or 20% skill speed wich is nice.

In the last time I don't know what to do,in free kingdom I have 700kk but can't do anything special with them,in sea I left time ago,I still have equipment but there are already people level 86

Crono in guild wars of invasions the hp reg is good in my opinion, it helps some tiems, but its good for pvp
maybe if it hasnt got negative mov speed it iwll be better
And im agree with the shoes, 20 skill speed or 20 block will be amazing
And with the helms maybe we will have a surprise and it gives int for sura and mage, str for warrior or dex for assassins

Epic shoes are a piece of..., a design epic fail, they look like ditchdigger boots painted with shiny paint. They look worse than lv43 shoes.

However, epic helmets are really EPICAL!! They look so awesome! They remind me of the unique and set helpets in Diablo II http://classic.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/sets/ They really did it with them!

New boots and hoods adding to icon database soon

HP reg works nice for me. I have very weak resist (0% against a warrior using a 2 hander for example) but I seem to survive ok usually

I use an amethyst necklace+9 (56%) and sometimes a hood with 30% so that's almost 90%

An amethyst necky+9 (56%), crystal brace+9 (56%), hood with 30% and 40% from one of these armors, and then even more from ore socketed into the necky / brace, would be pretty amazing o__o

You survive because that warrior has prolly only the demi human against your class. If he had stone against mage +5 15 mage on shoes helm and weapon, you would die before you can drink the next pot. Regen hp is a useless bonus because it fully works only when you are not moving, and you cant exp or pvp without make a step.

So unless they change the way that this bonus works (like for example speed up the light red bar from drinking pots) hp regen is not usefull

I have tried hitting P skills on rophe in metin2.us,with a round of skills of about 5-6k damage each( having 0% vs) I couldn't kill him.My impression is like he got 18k hp or more,or a high regeneration.In a round of partisan skills the total damage was more than 18k and he was surviving 
After which I had to escape or I was died.

crono is right. Hp reg never worked for me when i was moving..

For example: die and wake up with full hp reg u got. Count how much time will take to fully restore hp without using pots.

Die, revive and Start running for the same time it took you in 1st case to fully restore hp.. And watch the difference XD

Also when poisoned the HP regen drop drastically, and all pvpers have poison in thei gears, and a level 94 can poison all chars in the game, so i repeat its useless for pvp.

As for u spit, u never been a pvp monster so its normal that u couldnt kill him. Even if u were dealing 6k, partisan skills are slow to execute and he drink pots in the mid time, so he dosnt have 18k hp, he just recovered the loss hp with red pots, but not thanks to the regen hp bonus

Crono see all this in a dinamic context,not that you see the scene of me going straight to him hitting skills,but a scene like a big war where me plus a guy hits rophe,I hit slash+leap+stomp in few seconds,I don't even hit with the sword (I could calcolate the time,but I tell you from now,surely less than 6 seconds)and in that time he gets 18k damage plus another guy hitting and he's alive.
I also have said I had 0% vs mage.

I wars I have 14.9k HP. And 86% HP regen

I'll never sell my amethyst necky lol

60 Level Helmets stats :
Upgrade level +9
DEF : +89
BONUS : +10% avoid physical attack (the same bonus that is present in Phoenix Shoes) 

80 Level Helmets got different bonuses for every class.
Upgrade Level +9
DEF : +99
BONUS :
- warrior : +12% chance to avoid archery attacks (the same bonus that is present in Nimbus Shoes)

- assassin : +12% faint chance

- sura : +12% PE absorption

- mage : +12% faint chance

Of course those informations are extracted from the beta-test client side, those helemts still are known as ''noname'', and GF may still change the properties of those items until Server Start.

In my opinion, those bonuses are little unbalanced (especially mages, who the most time uses Skills in battle - skills that still have ''bugged'' damage)

Warrior bonus is perfect for PvM in the Grotto, Assassin are good too, but still worser than warriors....
We will see what Upgrade items will be needed for those helmets, and if it is true that they will drop from normal mobs, or just from the Dragon, or the special metin stones in the crystal room.

Cmon get real, when u played .us there was the bug that if many players attack the same target just one or tow of them makes the damage.

Guess the scenario of 10 players against him, 6 of them level 60 that do 1 k damage per skill only. You think u deal 6k with skills but those skills arent recorded.

So its pretty obvious he survived a massive attack, because just 1 or 2 skills were registered on his hp.

Also u cant do 4 skills in less then 6 seconds, stomp and leap takes more then 2 seconds each. In this gap of time red pots regen the lost hp.

I stick to my point, regen hp is useless, if those armor wanted to be pvp they should add skill resist as bonus not regen

Anyway when I hit skills I see if the damage is given succesfully,reading the value written in yellow.

I used to duel with a lot of people,now I know aproximately when I can kill one,unless I don't know how much hp he has.
And you're still free to don't belive,on sea now I've quit too,but I suggest you to try a war using hp regen items.

I lost the count of how many times u argued about in game stuffs and u just surrended when i posted evidences about the mistakes u were doing. I am telling u that its an useless bonus in pvp, but i cant proove it because since in my opinion those kind of gears are useless, i never bought or enchanted it

Armors wont make much different in pvp... and if you can kill the dragon and get all the materials for it you already good enough in pvm. only good for show off.

The lvl60 helm is way better for sura. mp absorb is not that usefull...

V2 drops arent affected by level, even a 90 can drop shoes from little spiders and outlaws, but it will be rare. Still if u farm 20 min u can drop a couple of them, i tested it myself when i needed ee +4 and i was 86

Without marble for a partisan it's impossible,I had 80% undead plus 30% damage in grudge,I don't think that your equipment makes you better if you don't know what to use.
For equipment you have to farm,before quitting my way to farm was death reaper,but it was 5kk so please don't make these unvalid challenges.
You're trying the brute force method (=random try) to demonstrate that I'm wrong while you haven't even tried an item with hp regeneration,go try it and see.

Doesn't make you great that you play from longer time than me,you have to know things,to get equipment the only way is to farm but you had time.You also haven't tried hp regeneration,which makes me think that you pvm equipment set was really nice,because on the helmet else than undead bonus for watery cavern there is hp regeneration and I had it

Grudge is the most useless sword, poison is far better for warriors, another thing that u ignored. As showed in this video, for a partisan its possible to kill it. You just dont know much of the game, and thats a point

As for grudge: I know about the attack power thing,but I had it +6.
i discovered it after buying it and changing stats,but it was good enough for me,considering that I was using it from horse and on poly.

That's the point of showing you the death reaper video,try to use a polymorph marble,your heroic strike will go away and you could be hitting less damage than me.No matter if you use poly or not,I was able to kill it with a partisan,but partisan isn't arahan,is impossible to kill it without poly for a partisan.

Wrong,what you do with 10% demi human,to tank the room you need to survive,I always used shin's 10% demi human in pvp,in watery my matter was to survive and to tank the whole room.

I never use only a piece of equipment,the one you see int he video is iron helm+9 with 20% undead,it's just for death reaper.

Partisan isn't arahan,I don't get why you prefer that 10% demi human,I also had boots with 8% attack speed to kill fast metins.
Consider the equipment of a partisan,I also think you have made bad hoices on your character.
Arahan is good if you use it to farm metins,but as you see once removed it's a shit,it's an obsolete choice to choose an arahan unless you just farm metins.

Also about sea, at those times i didnt had war field gears. I didnt died because i was removed, but just because i had 9% magic res on the steel +6 only.

And my obsolet char could kill ur partisan and ur bm in few hits lol, arhans is the best class against all classes except mirage sura. The fact that remove magic could be an issue in wars dosnt make it obsolet as u claim lol.

Also in sea skills never fail, so even if i am removed i can cast the aura as soon as the dispel malus is over.

You just dont know how to play and dont know how things works, reason why u never were a good pvper nor pvm, u were just some random player that made tons of rumors and not even 1 fact

I had my time to play metin,about less than a year,also sharing the computer with shin.
Now whether you belive at sucker's blode theory that me and shin are the same person,whether you don't this is a point for me.I have playes a lot less time than you,now I also have quit.
About one year in total,so let's put also shin's equip = 2 years,right?
Shin had perfect pvp equip,with his equipment I could have the satisfaction to kill MoonFighter,and you can ask him personally.
Plus the fact that I leveled to 86 and had the satisfaction to go to death reaper.I give up on the hp regeneration point but I'm not giving you right,I just give up trying to convince you,people then will make their own ideas about this stat.
Anyway I haven't played this game for much time,like you see I had my satisfactions,I was sharing the pc with shin so I had less time to play,we tried to make things together but for example he had spa+7 with ac+5,I had dgp+8 with ac+5.From this you see that if we started making things together from the begin we could have had an epic sword,till now I have the money in my character and I could have en epic easily.
Anyway this is not the point,I think I had my satisfactions,my pointer was to kill death reaper fast,getting so the money to buy pvp items.But like you see death reaper box was 5kk,when I've started it was 25kk and grudge sword was 280kk.
When i got it grudge sword was 140kk but death reaper box 5kk,so if I had the luck of playing when the server was newer I could have done a lot better.
280/25 > 140/5, I hadn't a full opportunity and this was the reason why I have joined sea following shin.
Also trying to demonstate who's better this way imo sucks,an even challenge would be who makes a character faster starting at the same time,but like you see in metin2 this is impossible,there is item mall and time factor.
Said this I just leave to the people's opinion and don't care of the bones.
The next step shall has been to make all this on sea where the server is serious.
But this is a game and I don't like to repeat things,I have done my best.

p.s.: And I also I don't think there could be better equip for killing a death reaper,I shall had a grudge with 60% damage and it was the only thing missing.

Also hp regen works, but works like shit, is not worth to have it on the gears when u can pick a 10% crit brac or a 20% pierce neck. I prefer to increase the damage over a small difference from the regen. What u dont understand is that the regen hp of a char that is moving is around 150 hp each x seconds, having 100% will make this 300, its not a big difference at all, expecially for a partisan wich need to kill and not to tank, due to his low damage. But its pointless to explain to u this kind of things, u were always a lower players due to this lack of knoladge

I have already said that I thought it was faster,but after having it I prefered to keep,since the only difference is the price.
And no,I remember that discussion with shaggy,it ended up that grudge on horse had the same speed as poison,it isn't faster.Poison is faster on ground,but the speed on horse is around 26% on +6 if I remember well.
And on dt run don't think that I have all mobs near,I have to travel catching them.
I thought it was a matter of damage,that I was slow because of low critical,instead it was a matter of attack speed (and be careful,attack speed on horse,not on ground).
So I have realized like with only +18% attack speed (from quest and LungKhan's boots) I could make it easy.
So the grudge was my choice,the best choice would be to have a poison+9,but at +6 the attack value is the same.
And no,in forest at 86 I wasn't getting steel plates,only in an hour of farming with all kids stealing metins I have got a sin level 66 armor,but in 3 years while in giants I dropped 2 ssb in a week,before they changed drop rate of ghost symbols (with the event has dropped badly,so I choosed to complete the quest and give up on giants,going to death reaper).
I don't count how many privileges got a person able to farm death reaper at the times it's paid well,but it's a huge advantage.The same difference as farming metins in second village at the right times,when I could do 25kk per week,and farming metins there now,when with all kids you go back with a poison nova skill book 
Also arahan isn't fast to level up,I could make a challnge.Shin had always difficulties leveling up the arahan,and he had my same equipment with also ac+5.Always having difficulties,I don't think arahan is a happy choice.Also talking about remove mage: take your book with all values and tell what's the cooldown time of remove magic,you find out that a P remover can make you fight at 75% of time without your precious berserk and heoric strike.
And belive me,without removers I would have choosed the arahan too,because it's a good character but not in wars.
Then I answer you that may happen that a partisan needs to tank,I already have said that I had multiple equipment,switching the right one on the necessity.
For example a helm had +30% hp regeneration,another one 20% undead.
I could choose which one to use,even the 10% demi one but on watery cavern even the partisan needs to survive,look LungKhan's tactic on youtube,he's escaping,I was escaping too.

My goal was to reach death reaper,and I've reached it.death reaper was 5kk every run,I've quit because I instead wanted something like 25kk per run.

Crono you're an idiot,when I've started with spit there were guys doing 25kk with a reaper,and it was easy because a grudge was 280kk,but a falcon+9 was 140kk,and I had a falcon+9 with Evil.
So it wasn't hard to make equipment,and at the moment the metin2.us market doesn't need anything.
The metin2.us market doesn't need steel plates (I've dropped few them from DR boxes,nothing special),neither clams,neither counter attack strategy.Just nothing.

Anyway I don't care if you had pvp equipment,going in forest with Shin's equipment I could do that,even using an arahan to farm faster metins.But the truth is that they pay a shit for what you drop in forest.
Death reaper was easier,and anyway the problem was not pvp because like you now I had shin's equipment available,I could even use Shin to kill metins faster,but the problem is that even if you're stronger that one he always wants to take your drops.
MoonFigher one of all,stealing his metin even killing him 100 times I just lose time,because he revive and and the ends of counts I have to leave him the metin even if I kill him.
There isn't way to make money,however they steal your metin,so at the last time I wasn't even using Shin's PvP equipment in forest,I was just doing it the night,when there aren't kids.
But even doing it on the night drops weren't good.

Instead the only way was item mall,and be careful that on z8 games forum you will se a thread of me selling a poison sword,even after knowing your craps about poison I've sold it and got a falcon+9 with the money.
So I could continue with death reaper,there wasn't a better way except with clams,but drop rate was ridicolous,I shall have made a mirage so I restarted on sea with a mirage sura.
And this isn't an excuse,with spit I could even tank mercenaries,I was getting like 10 clams per hour,nothing near death reaper.I wasn't even using a buffer because I hadn't one.
So the best way has always been death reaper,I remember rich guys became rich and fat farming death reaper.Once fat and rich they turned to pvp.

And no,I became rich with stones+5 because I had an armor with ac+5,then trying to put death+5 grudge like 15 times I lost money,but +5 stones were always a good thing,not a bad thing to me.
I had raid+5 on grudge and ac+5 on armor,the fault wasn't of +5 stones.
The fault was of gm idiots and too many kids,you feel like one having a degree in einginery and not finding a job,there were few people able to kill the reaper,and all going there with a buffer.
If there was 12th floor I could have became rich,because 8th floor was easy for me,I feel like I'm able to tank the 10th floor if existed.8th floor was easy as the hell for me to tank.

Anyway the hardest metin2.us boss is death reaper and I've killed it.There is also the leviathan in forest but for this with adamPL he told me that we had to go in many players,but there wasn't a reward.
I could go but just for fun,with the help of an arahan I've killed the green forest boss,getting nothing as a drop.
So you're a loser crono,in DT you weren't going alone anyway.Without a buffer you couldn't stand.
Instead if they put the 10th I could stand getting a buffer.

i dunno how hard it was for u guys to do the reaper when u were still in metin2us, but its kinda easy now. ive been killin it with poly after lvl76. i do it without poly with an arahan. n i use a poison sword. ppl can do 3 or 4 reaper runs in an evenin easily n sell em for 6mil each.

I don't know if you're satisfied selling it for only 6kk,on sea you can get more.
Anyway the point is that I agree,it isn't hard.But I could tank the 8th with no effort,without a mage.
So they could have implemented something like 10th floor where I was surely able to tank,because I had almost the maximim ac possible: 1021.
If they put a boss on 10th the best tankers can kill it.
After this you would have seen pvp equipment growing up.
The maximum should be around 1045 but who care.
I also had hp regeneration,to switch instead of undead when had to resist.
If the eventual 10th is too hard I would be using a mage,so I think I could do it but on .us there is no chance to get updates.
Crono thinks to be good because at his times he could hunt reapers and sell boxes to 50kk,all his equipment come probably from this.
He also used a mage to go to 9th floor and he has the bravery to tell me that I wasn't a good farmer.
Now I had a lot of equipment in metin2.us,but I have left because I didn't care about the equipment.With a level 86 character in metin2.us you can't gain as much as a level 50 farmer in metin2.sg,and here we see the difference between who's strong and who not.Because on .us there is who go to steal drop in v2,they always make money on these things.
So my 5kk (I don't know why the prices has now increased,people weren't buying my boxes for 5kk) weren't enough,I wanted to have the chance getting something like 30kk,like at the times of crono.
This is why metin2.us sucks.

You want to know what's going on metin2.us?
Metin2.us is the place where a serious player can't farm.All serious people that want to play seriously have moved to sea,me included but then I've quit because I have to study.
On sea you can make a farmer and get paid well if you want to farm,you never get stolen of your metins.
The staff is doing a good job there,my suggest is to play on sea otherwise you'll never be able to make a serious farmer.

i dunno, farmin on metin2us doesnt bother me. gold isnt too much of a problem if u kno wat ur doin. i dont mall there but its still not hard to get gold. the only thing that annoys me is the lack of fukin updates is annoyin as shit. they keep givin us excuses, but these updates r fukin sweet :/ lol

Of course I agree,in whatever game where there is item mall they put easy things but the hard are all things with item mall.
For one that use item mall sea is too easy,I've lost interest because all people were buying from me.
The happy choice was to play without item mall,but my brother shin raped the game selling all his stuff in .us to get tec points in sea (if you report this consider that the official story is that he gave in gift the money and santa claus recharged his credit card).
In all cases item mall ruins the game,you never know who's better.
So once understand the trick I don't even play it.

Epic armors arent good due to hp regen, useless in pvp as much as in pvm, and even though was godly in pvm, some1 who kill that dragon must be very good in pvm, he dosnt really need that.

Epic helms very usefull (the 60 ones) but the 80 should be reconsider, some class have better bonus the others overall

Epic shoes are the best epics, i personally stopped always at +8 with them because for 1% more chance to block or skill speed it wasnt worth the effort, till now

Instead I have a better summary: post the screenshot of how many minute you've played with crono,comparing with the time of me+evil

HP regeneration is useful.Point.Also you can instantly recover your stamina bar by dismounting and remounting,stay near a metin and while you hit the bar will always be full.

minutes of gameplay makes no difference since it doesn't determine how much time you spent AFK or bullshitting in town talking to people and pvping.

But we can see difference,all players can bullshit in town.
The difference will be something huge,his whole point is that he is a better player because he've played a lot,and think to be smarter than other people.
He think that the 100% of players do like him living in metin,so if you ask him he'll be always the smartest one,because he think that also other people live on metin.

Regen hp stop working even if the stamina bar is full, if u do some dam tests before open that shitty mouth u would know this. Unequip ur weapon and die, revive and start punching, the regen hp will be low even if ur stamina bar is full.

So once again regen hp is useless, considering also that poison nullify (or lower it at min) it, and mercenary mage or forest mobs can poison, regardless the level.

My playtime on SG is 160k in 16 months, and 3 ppls use it for farm, so i cant tell u exactly how much do i played, but my average is 3 hours max per day and in this 160k there are also the days of afk for 5 p skills. And in .us just 2-3 ppls logged with my char, for farm, because their char (bm sura) wasnt good enough to farm on forest. They never logged for exp me or something, just for farm for themselfes. About the borrowing items, i think u mean rkamel items? he left his char and i had all his items but when he came back i give him back all, and still i was one of the strongest till i quitted, because i didnt had just his set, i had my own and more then one.

The difference will be something huge,his whole point is that he is a better player because he've played a lot,and think to be smarter than other people.

That was refered to .us, u know there is no reseller in american metin2. I bought mall from players, i gave them the items and they rolled or enchanted. Only to ppls who i trusted, not ofc to ppls like ur "friend", the pt guy who scammed and stole all ur gears ( noob ). I even bought entire mall recharge when it was legal, 100k mps for 100kk golds. Cupcake was a nice supply

You always hide things.You can't go there alone.
You can kill it alone,going there with a buffer.
Instead it was hard to go there without a mage,and 5kk are too few for who is able to do a similar thing.There is the need of new maps --> see here.
You always got habit that you don't need to tank because you farm metins,but in watery cavern and in demon tower instead you need ac.Even with pierce rate.
You always need to counter the damage given with pierces that you take from mobs.
Truly I think you haven't got items with hp regeneration because for you the solution was easier: let's take all critical and pierces,so I go to farm metins.
Instead you have said that while you punch your hp bar doesn't rise.
But try it in a dynamic context,where there are mobs chasing you.
Like for example,in watery cavern.Hp regeneration always helps you,because while escaping you recover hp faster,see LungKhan's video.
He was using king armor So it was easier,but notice how he always prefers two hand weapons because he just use skills.
Man crono,a partisan doesn't even use normal hits,have you got it?
From horse better a grudge,that takes all mobs in the round of your weapon's range,from ground better soul stealing blade that have got demi human.
Partisan's slash with a ssb+6 makes 7k damage with 0% vs if you have P slash,so why using normal hits? You'll end up using it just from horse,but you need a long range to take the mobs.
And HP regeneration helps you while you escape.
You always talk about stamina bar,but you can recover by dismounting and remounting the stamina bar.
Now the difference from a pvm to pvp player is that the pvp player has also made money.
But there isn't way,even with 6-7kk per hour I wouldn't do much,instead I always wanted a map where who can tank can be paid well,like when at yuor times,best pvm players were getting wonderful pvp items.
With this I have said a lot,I feel sterile staying 100 times farming the same thing getting 5kk.
And this is why I've decided to join sea,but I didn't want to continue,my job is done.

Well I want to say this once for all.
This is the usual for who starts on metin2.us:
Makes a new character without having money from other characters,level up until black orcs without equipment because there isn't a way to make money,while once the way was there,farming metins in second village.
So had to screw about pvp,go leveling to bo without a decent equipment and with the problem of finding a spot,because you never find the spot to level up or to farm.
Then after having leveled up to black orcs,and don't think that you make money leveling up because in truth you can't find metins,yoo have to level up again,screwing again about pvp.
so who care again,pissed off again go to level up again,but there isn't a way to farm,so in few words have to make the equipment pvm to go to v1.
Once there since there aren't ways to make money,because before the way was to make a level 30 character in second village to buy equipment,have to level up for v2.
Once in v2 you'll never find a room,I was always able to tank more than everyone,seeeing guys having difficulties killing mobs but they had the room.
I could even tank 20 rooms with a buffer,and without a buffer close to 10 rooms,because mob's damage was zero.So I had to drop bells and sell them to trade vendor,making like 2kk every travel,and I was also fast but the problem was about finding a room,basically losing the 90% of time.
So after v2 has to find a real place where to make money.There isn't one.
So I was going to demon tower,making death reaper.There were disconnection problem WITH THE SERVER,so I farmed at giants.Collecting ghost symbols and selling them to people,this was my luckiest period,in this period I've started to make pvp items like soul stealing blade and falcon+9 with faint,but after a perdiod of time GM arthur,with his face off ass have announced with a smile the event,but with the drop event I wasn't able to drop a singular ghost symbol,while before I was dropping many.
So had to leave giants,completing the quest and going to death reaper.Had to make the perfect equipment to hunt,but after making the perfect equipment,which is hard to make,had to discover that a death reaper box was 5kk.I've also farmed in forest many times,but without drop package there wasn't the possibility to get nice items.With the package I could farm like you say 6-7kk per hour,going with a friend that was arahan.
But without package the drops were always craps,so I've back to demon tower,also trying in watery cavern but I needed a buffer.Ok leveling up one then,but then the counter attack strategy was only 5kk,I've tried with Gioia buffing me once but I couldn't drop many clams.
To drop clams you need to be at least 90,so you drop many but who care?
The point is that only who starts the game fromt he begin can make a plain path,also smouth,having all pvp equipment like I was doing with Evil (and don't say craps,for being 72 it was a nice character,killing IceProdigy that was my same level,killing people like Monster,jewlery and people that had played more than me,including that sura nene,I killed him and he was surprised).
But the usual problem was to farm,I don't why you usually think that people are dumb,maybe because you are the one dumb.Anyway I so have quit,because there wasn't way.
Don't give your usual insult to the people saying that they aren't able to farm,all people restarting from zero had these problems.Can't farm anything,the best way is to level up without pvp equipment,because there isn't way to make money.
And now I have said this once for all,then who care? my choices were always the best choice,people like crono will never know what's the feeling of exping on a full server.
They can only grow their own character using the money of the main,but that character is sterile,can't farm.
So once for all also a dumb like crono knows what are problems,then who care,probably if you crono have read this thread (probably in 2025 because you're dumb) you'll discover.

Also your HP reg, it's piece of crap it is working only when you're standing, I don't see any use in it honestly besides killing on horse, because only then I've noticed it was working, I don't know if it was full-potential of this stat, but I gotta agree it worked ONLY IN THIS CASE. I know who was a good pvper,but I've noticed that they had a way to farm.
So I've tried to follow advices,and I've noticed that in forest you need the item mall package to drop fine.
But without item mall no one makes 6-7kk per hour,so my way was reaper,and reaper is harder than forest.Another way was watery cavern,but in this map you drop only at high levels,I went there with a mage with P buffs,I was able to tank but having low drops,and drops were good only with item mall package.But you crono,have said that you play without item mall and I don't know how you do.
Instead all that I see are people that makes fun of me if I don't have pvp at low levels,but at low levels no one can farm.The only way to make money is forest,like you see you need level 86 to drop steel plates,but without package my way was reaper.
So what to say? There's no way to make the game step by step having pvp items at low levels,I was following Ice's advices to get pvp items,but he was a massive farmer,while instead I wanted a faster way to make money,hunting things like death reaper that at time were worth 25kk.
25kk in low time was good,prices have stupidly changed but they were even paying only 4kk for steel plates,and 60kk for poisons so who cared? I've also dropped soul stealing blades,I've dropped the best weapons except grudge but no one paid for them.
Neither clams,so I really don't care,I feel like I've completed the game but I can't get pvp items with only 5kk in 1,5 hours.And if I want to do this I still have money for grudge and everything,but for me these are low money.Even tanking a mercenary room (escaping but still killing fast and without dying) I can't get anything.
So I feel like instead I study python and lua and make a better server,I'm at university guys.

GUIDE
In few words in metin2.us you have to skip all maps and to start leveling in watery cavern,being level 95 like KOSTO,and people will cal you a dumbass if you haven't got the pvp items before 95.
On sea you can start from the begin having pvp items.
Crono is the example of who calls you an idiot if you haven't pvp items before 95,which is the right level to farm.Instead on sea you can start being pvp from low levels.
Rophe is the example of who is expert but doesn't tell you how does he reason.
On sea I will try to put down pvp guys like crono,see you all on summer guys,on sea.

For SpitFire, if you can't do it why don't you just move on? do something else? who cares what other people think.
Also i think Spit said something about crono can't have started so late, well i made my char lvl 65 in 9k play min and level 81 in 45k play min. That shud bring you to 81 in 125 days playing 6hours a week, Crono did much more cause he didn't level alone. Also that includes afk time for P skills etc.

and crono could have done it even faster, when i started sg hp gear was rare and in us 1yr after beta start hp gear was super easy to get.

And i wasn't just a guy with warior resist and versus..i had pvp all..and my pvp wairor was way weaker than my pvp sura,vs wairor i had the lowest vs besides mage(which i had 10% lesser) so dunno why ur saying i was just a guy with warrior res cron.my speciality was versus sura ,not warior.

Anyway I don't find a partisan saying that he has killed death reaper without poly.
The difficulty is the same as an archer sin killing death reaper.Anyway ask rynaqui to kill death reaper with a poison instead of his daggers,he would laugh in your face.

Actually I killed reaper with my archer and without any mall just buffs when he was just level 76..I don't use skills for reaper, I just use swings, there is almost no difference between archer and dagger sin in PvM for me, cause skills aren't a necessity, I think this applies to every single class for bosses at least..

Whoever said partisan cant kill reapers must be stupid anyways.
I did it in 94 seconds at Level 80 w/o Ice Marble Lin if I remember well (and I used skills for the purpose of being more stylish way of killing him, if I'd only comboed him I guess I would have been faster) and I did it with my Dragon Mage nearly this fast as well.

No reason to bump up an ages old thread though.
