Registrations were briefly opened again today. An extra 5,000 account slots were available and they were quickly snapped up, still leaving some people without accounts. Coupled with the update that moved all players into the same nation, now the "hot" areas of the server have no shortage of players.
Though technically the purpose of this server is for players to test the PVM aspects of the Grotto Of Exile, this is Metin2 after all, meaning that guild wars are happening almost continuously. A lot of players seem more interested in PVP than PVM in the grotto. Because of this, one thing that has been requested often is easy access to the items required to make the level 65+9 weapons that players get with their characters. Today, the admins answered this call in another update.
Now players are all rushing to create their epic weapons. This will be a first opportunity for many players to experience Gameforge's unique epic weapons that have increasing powers as they are upgraded. If this server is configured like
Metin2 US, the Half-Human (aka Demi-Human) will also be beneficial in the Grotto versus the soldiers and new bosses.

A Polish reader under the name Legion has also submitted some screenshots of one of the new bosses, the Setao Commander, being killed. They also show an example of the drops that players can receive:

Maybe I didn't read it properly, but I don't remember I saw the info I was looking for: how long will this test server last? =o
1 week from opening.
The Epic weapons on GF servers have both Half Human and Devil bonuses. The Devil bonus is what is effective in grotto on these servers.
