Metin2 SG opened its open beta doors on October 2nd, 2009, with commercialization occurring early in the following year. Since then the server has flourished into what it is today, known as the official Metin2 server with the highest update and event rates. The staff pride themselves on remaining as player focused as possible and keeping a close lookout for bots or hackers.
In celebration of this and more, today players will notice
Lottery Tickets dropping from slain monsters. Later today (4PM GMT), the staff will select lucky numbers, the owners of which will receive a whole month's worth of premium package bonuses. The ceremony for this will take place in the Mani-San event map.
