Rather than open a store on their character, players can instead put their items up for auction. There will also be a central, neutral market place for players who wish to sell and buy the old fashioned way. Another sigh of relief should come from the fact that this market place will have PVP peace set.
Players will be able to acquire pets through either the server's item shop, or through quests. Food will be available in game, and the pets can also hold items for the player.
Perhaps taking a cue from Team Fortress 2's success with hats, similar customizations should soon find their way to Metin2. As with current hairstyles, bonuses such as increased resistance or power could be attached to them. Taking it one step further, complete costumes should be available too.
Perhaps not like our mockup above, but players should be able to get various achievements during gameplay, raging from finishing quests to PVP feats. Achievements contribute to a new stat for the player.
The guild system will be changed to allow new guilds to occupy land that was previously owned by another, now defunct guild. Previously, operators of more popular servers have had to organize guild land auction events to clear up old spots.
Another hefty change is experience, especially in the lower levels. As you can see from the graph, EXP required to level up in the low levels is in some cases almost halved. This might not work the same on all servers, as the various publishers use different EXP rates and strategies to help players power through the lower levels already.
Another issue that plagues Metin2 is that while it starts off relatively strong, it soon thins out. The storyline quests end, and players are left with a small selection of higher level enemies to fight.
A whole bunch of new enemies are planned for introduction, appearing to belong to many different types. New groups of monsters could be tied into new quests, dropping new items and giving increased experience.
Items will also possibly be changed in the item shops. This could mean finally the introduction of
5th stat items, or pearls (something 
Metin2 SG has taken the initiative on).
With new monsters and quests, of course comes the need for new maps. A new random matching PVP option will let players apply for a duel and then be matched with another likeminded player. This is inter-nation also. There are also new plans for another large area battle system, much like the current National or 3 Way War systems, but that are easier to operate.
Some slides are apparently missing; we're waiting on replies from Webzen and YMIR concerning the full set. In the mean time, here is what's available:

i'll applaude when the actual updating happens, too many times have we been promissed so much and recived so little.
Its pservers stealing from Ymir not the other way around lol, idk why pserver kids got such a inflated ego that they think a game company would need to copy anything from them, when all they do is download some files and tutorials from the net and pretend they are a game publisher, even claiming their servers are official. Until they eventually screw up (because reading elitepvpers tutorials doesn't make you a GM) and the server goes down, but then they already got some fools' cash in their pockets.
does ymir have the armors that come after epic armors?
or the 100000000 new weapons?
or the new bosses?
Do the P-Server Armors make sense? Mainly not.
Do the 100000000 new weapons make sense? Surely not.

The "newwwww" bosses, armors and weapons you find on P Servers are mainly those Ymir have already made long ago, just didnt implement them to any official server so far because they aren't ready. P Server Kids did find them and implemented them with ridiculous values that ruin pvp and pvming.

Metin2 has been decrypted for a long time, so it's pretty easy to include extra models and set stats for them and so on, similar to how YMIR would. Metin2 uses a standard model format also, making it easier.
Not to give private servers credit, but you're simply wrong with those statements that it's all from YMIR.
The things that private server players say YMIR "stole" from them though, I've never seen that being so. Rather the operators just find the files etc early, before they're implemented. Then when YMIR finally does come through with the updates (new mounts for example), some private servers have already had them for a long time, so you get children saying the official servers stole "their" mounts.

most mmorpg;s r same, its would be hard to say who stole wrong who, besides webzen runs lots of mmorpg's so they may take "some" ideas from them, anyways looking forward for this in .sg. Pservers aren't stealing from ymir, the files are leaked. And well the design of the new mounts were purchased from a pserver owner
. I know nobody who claims that their pserver is official. Infact, calling it a pserver implies they are saying it is not an official server... by definition. And you clearly know nothing about setting up and maintaining a pserver.. Just letting it run isn't going to screw it up, there are just some small bugs with the files and if you have 1 small thing in the wrong place or missing you get what's known as the "Core error". And you just reverse your changes. I know no server admins who's servers go down because they "screw them up". Only some admins who don't understand they need PAE to run more than 4GB on 32-bit.. and who don't install PF or CSF to protect from DDOS.. or don't include the api fix.. blabla
And mostly the German pservers are the ones trying to jip people then wipe the database. I know a server setup with a cheap itemshop and all those 2 care about for income is that it is enough to make the payment to the hosting company.

YMIR has some armors yes but pservers have much more armors and items available than YMIR does. And they do not have 100000000 new weapons. I know some of the people who made new weapons and they do not work for YMIR. For example:
To us pserver admins and client modders these are the "valk" items..They were first released in Soulju2 but I guess made for Valkeriemt2 or something.. in the client when you see in "Index" something about "valk/" you know it's this stuff and some others.. Much more items than just weapons.
This guy who made the weapons is a real prick, and he only wants money and continually lies to players and makes corrupt servers then wipes them.. But the weapons are decent. (and yes I do realize some of them are another weapon modified.. but things have to start somewhere right?).

We dont have to argue Private servers vs Metin SG to be honest. Both are good Just dont include gay private servers like US in equation.
Anyway, I think Webzen will surpass with updates and awesomeness of Private servers. Proffessionals (full-time payed game designers) > Kids.
Example, Runescape. Private servers of RS suck cuz Official RS is just wayy better with their updates.
From what I understand... these updates are not going to be exclusive to metin2.sg. All servers, including US metin will be open to them.

Gameforge definitely has these slides or knows about all these things too. I learned about the achievements part from somebody in GF since before Christmas.
US just seems like a ghost town as for proper communication.

And Stront, Cause they slowly want you to spend your money, Thats what GF did when they made max hp from 800 to 2k, and then later added the 5th bonus adder, and soon there will be 6 and 7th bonus adders to. If you give all what you have in store available at once people will get bored faster and leave your server faster, that is what happens to most P servers.
And I just love people who think P server owners are idiots, some of those so called "idiots" are really good at what they do.
Roph is right about that P servers are illegal, but there are so many things GF and US did that weren't that costumer friendly that most people rather trust a P server to spend money in then and official server.
Only server I still trust is metin2SG, but cause of the low population the server don't have the success they deserve.

as a roadmap, some examples that i imagine :
- Make visible our shields and helmets.
- Change the 3D engine, increasing the decorative details (vegetation, small flying animals, ...), the appearance of characters, ...
- Better distribution of classes, and prevent a single class can dominate everything else, I have rarely seen a MMORPG where you could just be a warrior in solo and progress alone.
- Limit the use of a character buff, without separate player behind.
- Increase the number of dungeon
- A lot more intrigues's quests from the level 60 that we are sobering, because he was there a little tired of hack and slash, and collection of objects for the biologist ... remember that in MMORPG, there are R.P.G.
- From a high level, a weapons system could be implemented, from basic elements. We no longer find a ready-made weapon, but we built it with the basic elements that are assembled. These elements would get through quests, and, according to the order of assembly, the weapon would be different.
- Creation of temporary skills, which would drop or manufactured. (eg, polymorphism's skill : to transform itself into another class for a few minutes; a shaman skill : to give the opportunity for another class to send a fireball ...)
- The aim is the reunification of empires, we should set up bonus points for pacifist's guilds and benefits for them, these bonus points they would have better defensive skills, care, ...
...
Short, make the game much high, and interesting.

If you give all what you have in store available at once people will get bored faster and leave your server faster, that is what happens to most P servers.
And I just love people who think P server owners are idiots, some of those so called "idiots" are really good at what they do.
Roph is right about that P servers are illegal, but there are so many things GF and US did that weren't that costumer friendly that most people rather trust a P server to spend money in then and official server.
Only server I still trust is metin2SG, but cause of the low population the server don't have the success they deserve.

Metin2 has been decrypted for a long time, so it's pretty easy to include extra models and set stats for them and so on, similar to how YMIR would. Metin2 uses a standard model format also, making it easier.
Not to give private servers credit, but you're simply wrong with those statements that it's all from YMIR.
The things that private server players say YMIR "stole" from them though, I've never seen that being so. Rather the operators just find the files etc early, before they're implemented. Then when YMIR finally does come through with the updates (new mounts for example), some private servers have already had them for a long time, so you get children saying the official servers stole "their" mounts.
why dont they put them in game if they already have the items?

as a roadmap, some examples that i imagine :
- Make visible our shields and helmets.
- Change the 3D engine, increasing the decorative details (vegetation, small flying animals, ...), the appearance of characters, ...
- Better distribution of classes, and prevent a single class can dominate everything else, I have rarely seen a MMORPG where you could just be a warrior in solo and progress alone.
- Limit the use of a character buff, without separate player behind.
- Increase the number of dungeon
- A lot more intrigues's quests from the level 60 that we are sobering, because he was there a little tired of hack and slash, and collection of objects for the biologist ... remember that in MMORPG, there are R.P.G.
- From a high level, a weapons system could be implemented, from basic elements. We no longer find a ready-made weapon, but we built it with the basic elements that are assembled. These elements would get through quests, and, according to the order of assembly, the weapon would be different.
