Valentines Day is fast approaching for February 14th, and starting from now until then, players on
Metin2 US will be find extra goodies dropping from monsters. These goodies are 
Roses and 
Chocolate. When used, the recipient will find a special random item inside (we're not sure how to hide an item inside a rose either). Spread the love!

1 is the first item in the group that can be dropped from the chocolate.
±â¼ú ¼ö·Ã¼ is the hash name aka "name" in database.
1 is how many of the item will drop from the chocolate.
1 is the percent chance this item will drop rather than the other items in the group.

The update from SMF 2.0 RC3 -> RC4 messed up UTF-8 Chars (you work with beta versions, you pay the price
) but you posted that afterwards =o
It killed the International page =(
thats the way it is in 2006-2009 GF files
